Steel lined F4 butterfly valve

The butterfly plate of the steel lined F4 butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When the rotation reaches 90°, the valve is fully opened.

At present, fluorine-lined butterfly valves and rubber-lined butterfly valves, as components used to realize on-off and flow control of piping systems, have been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, water and electricity. In the well-known butterfly valve technology, its sealing form mostly adopts a sealing structure, and the sealing material is rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.

Features: It has excellent chemical stability, high heat resistance, cold resistance, and low friction coefficient. It is an excellent self-lubricating material, but it has low mechanical properties, poor fluidity, and large thermal expansion.
