1. Product use

Ball valve Q41F46 inner cavity and ball are lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polyfluoroethylene (F46) by high-pressure injection molding process, so it has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors to adjust or cut off strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali in the production process, and has obvious effects in water treatment process control.

2. Features

1. The ball valve with FEP lining layer has extremely high chemical stability and can be applied to any strong corrosive properties except "molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine"

2. With full bore and floating ball structure, the valve can be closed without leakage within the entire pressure range, which is more convenient for ball sweeping and pipeline maintenance of the pipeline system

3. The ball parts of the opening and closing parts and the valve stem casting (forging) are integrated, which eliminates the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, and fundamentally ensures the safety of use in the project

4. The structure is compact and reasonable, the cavity space in the valve body is small, which reduces the medium retention. In addition, the special molding process makes the sealing surface dense, and the combination of herringbone ring PTFE packing makes the fluorine-lined ball valve achieve zero leakage

5. The two-piece and three-piece structure can be adapted to various piping systems and working conditions. The three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the valve body on both sides, which can realize online rapid replacement and maintenance
