Steps/methods of PTFE steel lined PTFE compensator:

1. The installation of the PTFE steel lined tetrafluoroethylene compensator should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the pipe system construction drawing and the compensator installation manual.

2. The pipeline for installing the compensator must be properly guided and fixed to make the compensator work. Therefore, the setting of the guide and fixing bracket must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant technical data of the design department. 3. The corrugated pipe used for PTFE steel lined tetrafluoroethylene compensator is formed of thin-walled stainless steel plate, so be careful not to damage the corrugated pipe due to knocks, scratches, arc ignition, welding spatter and other reasons during transportation, hoisting and welding.

4. The bellows and foreign objects in the pipe should be removed before installation to ensure the normal movement of the bellows.

5. The compensator with flow direction requirements should be installed according to the requirements of the medium flow direction arrow.

6. In order to keep the bellows in a good working condition, the deformation of the compensator, including axial, lateral, and torsion, cannot be used to adjust the installation error of the pipe system during installation.

7. After the PTFE steel lined tetrafluoroethylene compensator is installed, all yellow-painted transportation fixing screws must be removed before the system runs.
