Steel + F4 compensator

The installation of the steel +F4 compensator that does not meet the requirements of the platform will cause abnormal operation or failure. On the contrary, if installed properly, it can not only ensure normal operation, but also extend the life of the valve, reduce maintenance workload, and obtain good system control performance. The installation of the regulating valve should be based on the following principles:

1. Before installing the valve on the pipeline, the dirt, welding slag, etc. in the upper and lower pipelines connected to the pipeline must be removed.

2. The valve should be installed upright and vertically on the pipeline. A support frame should be added to the valve with heavier weight or where there is vibration.

3. The valve body should avoid excessive stress on the front and rear piping or the flange of the equipment due to the severely different axis.

4. Please note that the direction of the medium flow should be consistent with the arrow direction of the valve body.

5. The gasket used to connect with the pipeline is not allowed to extend into the pipeline. Pay attention to whether the gasket material is suitable for the process medium.

6. The flange bolts should be tightened evenly to avoid excessive stress on the valve body.

7. Before installing the air supply pipeline, let in compressed air in order to drain the internal dirt.

8. The valve is not allowed to perform any high temperature operation on the valve before and after installation.

9. Check whether the fluorine lining layer is scratched or mechanically damaged.
